City-produced text messages between CPD Officer Carmen Mostek and Detective Balling (FCRL_003326-FCRL_003333). The messages document continuing communications concerning Kent Maynard after the April 21 shooting, including efforts to identify a person captured on surveillance video who was initially suspected to be Maynard; discussion of Maynard's dog, residence, arrest history, and recovered fingerprints; and Mostek's later report of an anonymous threatening text.
